Integrity and Ethical Values • Code of Conduct and Practice The Group has a set of Code of Ethics and Employee Conduct, which sets out the principles to guide Malaysian employees based locally or overseas in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to the highest standards of personal and corporate integrity. The Group’s Code of Ethics and Employee Conduct covers areas such as compliance with respective local laws and regulations, integrity, conduct in the workplace, business conduct, protection of the Group’s assets, confidentiality, conflict of interest and anti-competition practices. All new Malaysian employees are provided awareness briefing on the Code of Ethics and Employee Conduct booklet upon joining the Group. MSMH has its own Code of Conduct, which has been in existence since their previous operations. The Group is dependent on the local laws and customs of the foreign subsidiaries to govern the conduct of its foreign employees in the respective countries. The respective foreign subsidiaries have their respective human resource functions that deal with the required standard of conduct. Integriti dan Nilai-nilai Etika • Kod Tatalaku dan Amalan Kumpulan mempunyai satu set Kod Etika dan Tatalaku Pekerja yang menggariskan prinsip-prinsip yang membimbing kakitangan Malaysia yang berpangkalan di dalam atau luar negara dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawab mereka mengikut piawaian tertinggi integriti peribadi dan korporat. Kod Etika dan Tatalaku Pekerja Kumpulan ini meliputi aspek-aspek seperti pematuhan kepada undang-undang dan peraturan tempatan, integriti, tatalaku di tempat kerja, tatalaku perniagaan, perlindungan aset Kumpulan, kerahsiaan, konflik kepentingan dan amalan anti-persaingan. Semua kakitangan baharu di Malaysia diberi taklimat kesedaran mengenai Kod Etika dan Tatalaku Pekerja apabila menyertai Kumpulan. MSMH memiliki Kod Tatalakunya sendiri, yang telah wujud sejak operasinya terdahulu. Kumpulan bergantung kepada undang-undang dan peraturan tempatan anak-anak syarikat asing bagi mengurus tadbir tatalaku kakitangan asingnya dalam negara masing-masing. Anak-anak syarikat asing mempunyai fungsi sumber manusia masing-masing yang menguruskan piawaian tatalaku yang dikehendaki.
