OUR APPROACH We maintained an active dialogue with our shareholders throughout the year through a planned programme of investor relations activities. We also respond to daily queries from shareholders and analysts through our Investor Relations team and have a section of our website which is dedicated to shareholders and analysts. All of our financial results and corporate presentations are available on our website at www.feldaglobal.com. FGV Corporate Disclosure Policy provides the proper framework and guidelines to govern the release of material and sensitive information so as not to mislead the public and Shareholders. Information that is price sensitive or may be regarded as undisclosed material information about the Group is not disclosed to any party until it is already in the public domain through proper disclosure. FGV has in place a Shareholders Communication Policy which was approved by the Board on 25 August 2016 and is published in the Company’s corporate website at www.feldaglobal.com. FGV has investor relations programmes which ensure a planned and balanced engagement with its current and potential Shareholders providing a variety of forum including meetings, conference calls, investor conferences and management presentations. All investor relations activities are conducted by management, including the GP/CEO and/or the GCFO and/or relevant EXCO Members. INVESTOR MEETINGS We hold meetings with major institutional investors, individual shareholder groups and financial analysts to share discuss the business performance and strategy. These are attended by the GP/CEO, EXCO members, and the Investor Relations team. Institutional investors also meet with the Chairman.
