FGV is committed to holding open lines of engagement with our workforce, and gauges staff morale on an annual basis through our Employee Engagement Survey. Highly engaged employees are twice as likely to be top performers and more supportive of organisational change initiatives and transformation. Our survey score for 2015 was 73%, which is in the top quartile. The survey comprises a mix of 30 multiple choice questions and two (2) open-ended questions.
