90 Group Human Resource Sumber Manusia Kumpulan During the year under review, Group Human Resource continued to focus on talent development and on enhancing its efforts to increase the knowledge, skills and capabilities of the employees at all levels in the organisation. With the aim of ensuring a good leadership pipeline, a systematic assessment based on performance and potential i.e. Leadership Differentiation Tool (LDT) was introduced to identify the organisation’s ‘green’ talents who have the potential to be further developed as future leaders. Semasa tahun di bawah tinjauan, Sumber Manusia Kumpulan terus memberi tumpuan kepada pembangunan bakat dan usaha berterusan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, kemahiran dan keupayaan pekerja di semua peringkat dalam organisasi.
