On 30 December 2011, the Company transferred 104,655,200 RCPS B in FGVME amounting to RM103,606,096 to FELDA to fully redeem 104,655,238 RCCPS E and RCCPS F of RM0.01 each held by FELDA, following the disposal of 100% equity interest of FGVME to FELDA. # On 12 April 2012, the Company transferred its 329,949,500 RCPS A, 570,590,000 RCCPS A and 322,057,400 RCCPS B in FGVNA amounting to RM1,213,210,174 to Felda Global Ventures Downstream Sdn Bhd (“FGVD”) to fully redeem 329,949,500 RCPS A, 570,590,000 RCCPS A and 322,057,400 RCCPS B of RM0.01 each held by FGVD amounting to RM519,510,174, following the disposal of 100% equity interest of FGVNA to FGVD. On 12 April 2012, the Company transferred its 102,274,300 RCCPS C in FGVK amounting to RM101,249,063 to Felda GlobalVentures Plantation Sdn Bhd (“FGVP”) to fully redeem 102,274,300 RCCPS C of RM0.01 each held by FGVP amounting to RM101,249,063, following the disposal of 100% equity interest of FGVK to FGVP.
