During the year, we conducted a variety of LSS training as well as Autonomous Maintenance training for 697 employees at different levels, covering White Belt and Green Belt. The LSS approach, which is an ongoing initiative, enabled us to save about RM45.55 million in 2022 by reducing waste, improving quality and increasing productivity.
