He has over 22 years of experience in various capacities in several different industries. Prior to his appointment as the Company’s Group CEO, he was formerly the Group CEO of FELCRA Berhad since 2018. Mohd Nazrul began his career in 1998 as an Account Executive with RHB Unit Trust Management Berhad. In 2000, prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, he was an Audit Assistant at Hasyudeen & Co. During his tenure with the two public accounting firms, he was involved in various auditing and assurance assignments for medium to large public and private companies. He joined Padiberas Nasional Berhad in 2002 and played key roles in risk management, corporate planning and was the Executive Assistant to the CEO until 2007. In 2009, he joined Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB) as the Head of Structured Business. In 2010, he was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer at Realmild Sdn Bhd before he joined N.U.R Power Sdn Bhd as Director of Finance in 2013, where he held the position until 2018 before joining Teras Dara Konsortium Sdn Bhd to become its Managing Director. He started his career in Sime Darby Berhad in 1994 as Management Trainee and rose to become Group Accountant in 1997. In October 2002, he was appointed Finance Manager of Consolidated Plantations Berhad (CPB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad. He was later made Plantation Financial Controller of CPB from July 2005 to June 2006, before returning to Sime Darby Berhad as General Manager Finance of the Plantation Division. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Division in June 2008. He left Sime Darby Berhad in February 2012, with his last position as CFO of the Energy & Utilities Division. Prior to joining FGV Holdings Berhad in January 2019, he was the CFO of Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd from March 2012 to December 2018.
