Based on the above, the stakeholder groups are managed based on the quadrants they are in. INVOLVE A two-way communication is established and stakeholders’ opinions on materials matters are discussed. FGV ensures stakeholders’ concerns and opinions are well reflected in reports and action plans, while providing consistent feedback on how input is managed. ENGAGE A two-way communication is established where the stakeholders have great influence over our actions/plans. We obtain regular feedback from stakeholders and use it as guidelines on our operation. INFORM A one-way communication is established where stakeholders are passive information receivers.
